Archive notes

Twelve official organizer editions are indexed. The official floorplan page captured on the opening day of the held 7–9 June 2013 FermoForum edition publishes 38 sponsor placements consolidated to 37 sponsor profiles: 3 Main sponsor, 9 Top sponsor and 25 Sponsor profiles, all with an organizer-linked historical website. The referenced 900×1503 floorplan image is not preserved in the Wayback CDX index, so no exhibitor, stand, category or country is inferred and 2013 remains explicitly partial sponsor coverage. The official floorplan retained after the held 20–22 June 2014 FermoForum edition contributes 70 profiles across 59 stand references, 66 with an organizer-linked historical website. A pre-event capture contains the same 70 companies; the retained page updates four stand allocations. Two Facebook links remain evidence-only, two profiles have no outbound link and one malformed empty-label anchor is discarded. Seven rows are mapped through the explicit M111–M128 Industrial range; the conflicting A1–14 legend versus published A15–A24 rows is documented without inferring A-area values. The archived pre-event 2015 floorplan snapshot contributes 20 registered exhibitors across 19 stand references; it is partial and excluded from continuity scoring. Two richer legacy floorplan pages captured in 2015 reproduce the 2014 roster, one explicitly dated 20–22 June 2014, and are documented as stale carry-over rather than backdated. The archived post-event 2016 floorplan prints 92 named listings across 85 stand references; the organizer Info Point at C2 is excluded, leaving 91 external edition profiles, 77 with an organizer-linked historical website. Seven additional occupants share a stand through explicit separate rows; one Facebook-only link stays in raw provenance and is not treated as a historical company website. The archived post-event 2017 floorplan contains 100 named listings across 92 stand references after one empty T14 row is retained as a source gap; INFO POINT IST at T6 is excluded as organizer-owned, leaving 99 external edition profiles, 86 with an organizer-linked historical website. Eight shared-stand occupants inherit the explicit preceding rowspan stand; five Facebook-only links stay in raw provenance and are not treated as historical company websites. The archived post-event 2018 floorplan prints 152 named rows across 133 stand references; INFO POINT IST at H1 is excluded as organizer-owned, leaving 151 external edition profiles. The 2018 page does not map its general category list to individual rows and prints no websites, so neither categories nor domains are inferred. The archived retrospective 2019 floorplan contributes all 88 stand rows printed across five category tables, each as a separate consolidated profile; 84 retain an organizer-linked historical website. The partial retrospective 2022 archive contributes 78 consolidated profiles from 118 visible cards across fourteen preserved category pages; several categories advertised uncaptured later pages, so the edition is not presented as complete. Historical websites are retained only from archived 2022 profile pages. Official WordPress edition taxonomies add 355 records for 2023–2026; reused portfolio profiles prove participation, but mutable stands and websites are not backdated. Complete as published is not an independently audited claim that every participant is represented. the planned 2020 edition is not imported as held.
