Eight official Product Earth edition sources are indexed. The inaugural 2015 floorplan contributes 45 consolidated registration or sponsor profiles from 46 printed mentions: 37 booked registrations, 7 provisional registrations and one sponsor-only profile. Because the PDF was created and archived before the fair, all 45 are explicitly attendance-unconfirmed and excluded from continuity scoring. The complete-as-published official post-event tables contain 70 Peterborough 2016 rows consolidated into 69 exhibitor profiles: the two Green House rows share the same stand, domain, country and activity, so they form one profile retaining both source indexes. The source prints a stand, country and activity on all 70 rows, 60 website fields and 11 headliner roles; after consolidation, 59 profiles retain a linked historical website. The official Exhibitors from 2017 directory, captured two days after the Birmingham event, contains 63 cards consolidated into 62 profiles: two Green House cards form one profile retaining both source indexes, profile paths, images and activity labels. The source prints 59 activity labels, represented across 58 consolidated profiles; it exposes no reliable stands, countries or external websites, so none are inferred. The organizer's 2019 event-day confirmation teaser contributes 87 structured cards, including 82 historical website fields, while explicitly saying that a full list was still forthcoming; a post-event venue report refers to more than 130 businesses. The 87 registrations are therefore partial and excluded from continuity scoring. The official 2021 floorplan contains 94 named stand objects and 108 explicit entity mentions consolidated into 107 profiles. The PDF was created one day before the held event, so these stand placements are attendance-unconfirmed and excluded from scoring; Hydrogarden's C33 and 430 placements are consolidated with both stand references and its Skate Park sponsor role. The official final 2022 floorplan contains 136 named stand objects and 148 explicit entity mentions consolidated into 148 profiles. A contemporary post-event report confirms the 19–21 August event was held, but the floorplan was published two days before it; all specific company registrations therefore remain attendance-unconfirmed and excluded from scoring. Twelve explicit shared or collaboration labels are split while their shared stand provenance is retained. The archived official 2023 page contributes 128 unambiguous names from 131 visible logo tiles; three ambiguous marks are explicitly omitted. The complete 2024 gallery as preserved contributes 89 consolidated brands from 89 tiles, including one explicit two-brand collaboration and one repeated brand tile, plus 71 official outbound website links. Twenty-eight normalized entities return across 2023 and 2024. The planned 2018 edition is recorded as cancelled at medium confidence: the February 2018 official homepage is stale 2017 carry-over, a contemporary user report says the event was cancelled, and the venue's 2019 retrospective calls that held event Product Earth's fourth year. The 2020 edition is recorded as not held: the official November 2020 homepage still said Date TBA and a 2021 organizer investment announcement states that public events were banned in 2020. Neither year contributes company rows or continuity points.
